Delivery
All goods once cleared funds have been recieved will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days by nominated courier. Please ensure that someone is available to take delivery or notify us of any special instructions regarding delivery. If there is no one available to take delivery it is your responsibility to arrange alternative arrangements with the courier company.

Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not happy with any of our products please return within 14 days for a refund providing that the goods are intact and have not been used. Please note that you will be responsible for all return postage costs. Due to the nature of made to order items returns are not accepted.

Colouring                                                                                                                                                                                                       Please note that due to the natural nature of many of our products colours may vary from those shown. This is particularly important in the case of wooden and foam rose products.

Damaged Goods
All goods will be packed safely to avoid any damages Any broken or damaged goods must be reported as soon as possible and within 24 hours of reciept failure to do so may affect any refund payable.

Should you for any reason find the need to complain about our service please get in touch with us initially through our contact us page on the web site.

Payment
We accept Paypal , Personal cheques and postal orders (funds need to be cleared before goods will be dispatched) All transactions will be in GB pounds sterling. Please do not send cash through the post.

Orders
Once an order has been confirmed we will contact you by email with an order reference number and estimated delivery date.

Errors and Omissions
Excepted We will not be held responsible for any pricing errors due to human error or software malfunction. This web site operates on a invitation to treat basis and not as an offer for sale as a result we reserve the right to decline orders of a high value or bulk orders.

Cancellation of Orders
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling directive you are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 7 days of recieving your goods. Cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days starting with the day after the day on which the goods were recieved. Should you wish to cancel your order under these terms please firstly contact us and return the goods un opened within 7 days of recieving them.
